Scenic Cruises
Starting at $50 per person
New for summer 2010! Now taking reservations for relaxing scenic cruises aboad Third Swan. Enjoy sunset cruises, historic White Lake water tours, extraordinary views of Lake Michigan dunes and shoreline from the deck of our 40' motor yacht. All charters/cruises conducted by USCG licensed Captain Ron Russell. Third Swan is an inspected and certified vessel, approved for charter by the State of Michigan DNRE. Private wedding and elopement cruises available, call for rates and details. Charters for 1-6 passengers.
Romance to Go
$45 plus room costs
Romantic picnic basket filled with delicious nibbles and beverage for two. Enjoy wherever! Especially nice if you are arriving late at the White Swan Inn and have not had time for dinner. (48 hour notice)
Total Relaxation
$250 plus room costs
When life has been extremely hectic or as a special reward to yourself, visit the White Swan Inn for a chance to really unwind. This package includes a one hour in-room massage for two with certified massage therapist, gift bag filled with White Swan Inn goodies, beverage and cheese tray, plus dinner certificate at Harborview Grille one of our favorite restaurants. This package must be arranged in advance for massage scheduling purposes.
A Night at the Theater (thru 12/31/10)
$155 plus room costs
No need to worry about finding a parking place, music and stage productions are just across the street from the White Swan Inn. Throughout the year, the historic Howmet Playhouse is the perfect setting for professional summer theater, a unique variety of blues, folk, jazz and other music genre, plus an assortment of additional stage productions. This package includes 2 seats (some reserved seating) at the Howmet Playhouse, a dinner certificate at Harborview Grille (or other favorite restaurant) overlooking the river, a gift bag filled with White Swan Inn goodies and a beverage/cheese tray at check-in. Castles on the Coast (5/22/10 thru 10/31/10)
$150 plus room costs
Tour the lighthouse with this package. Package includes admission vouchers to White River Light Station and Museum, map to view other lighthouses in the area, gift bag filled with White Swan Inn goodies, picnic basket brimming with delicious nibbles and beverages to enjoy at the beach, plus a dinner certificate at Lakeside Inn or Harborview Grille. This package is available through October 31, 2010.
Canoe the River (5/15/10 thru 10/31/10)
$55 plus room costs
Get outdoors and enjoy nature on the pristine White River at Happy Mohawk Canoe Livery in the Manistee National Forest. Package includes 1-1/2 to 4 hour canoe trip on the White River, take-along box lunches with beverages and, later enjoy ice cream cones from Pekadills while you take a relaxing stroll in the evening. Package available late spring through fall 2010.
Pedal the Trail (5/1/10 thru 10/31/10)
$35 plus room costs
Just a block down the hill from the White Swan Inn is the White Lake Pathway. Travel through Whitehall on delightful winding, paved bike/pedestrian path that connects with the paved 22-mile Hart-Montague Bike Trail. This package includes food certificate for frosty root beer and Coney dogs at the Dog and Suds (old-fashioned curbside dining) on the river in Montague, tour of Country Dairy (located alongside the bike trail) and ice cream cones from Country Dairy's cafe'. Bikes are available for an extra fee. This package is available May through October 2010.
Tee Time Golf (5/1/10 thru 10/31/10)
$200 plus room costs
If golf is what you are looking for, this is a great package, 18 holes golf with a cart for 2 at Old Channel Trail Golf Course (overlooking Lake Michigan) gift bag filled with White Swan Inn goodies, beverage and cheese tray, plus a dinner certificate at Old Channel Inn (the perch is the best around.) Package is available May through October 2010.
Winery Tour (5/1/10 thru 10/31/10)
$110 plus room costs
Yes, there are wineries in the Lake Michigan central coast area. Tartan Hill Winery , The Fox Barn and Winery, Jomagrha Vineyards and Winery offer tours and tasting. Spend a relaxing afternoon on the back roads of Oceana County on a mini-tour. Then head back for a delicious dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants. Package includes tour map, dinner certificate at Harborview Grille plus a gift bag filled with White Swan Inn goodies. Package available late spring through fall 2010.
